SSTH BSc共有三個學期，課程遵循EHL的課程。
在第一個學期，學生將透過學習科目建立在Swiss Professional Degree期間學到的知識：業務分析、飯店管理和傳播與文化，團隊合作將繼續是研究中不可或缺的一部分，提供在未來的職業生涯一個有效的團隊領導者所需的技能。學生展示綜合管理知識，真正說服未來的雇主其之行業知識和領導素質。
在第二個學期，將有廣泛的實踐學習機會。學習戰略管理，整合飯店管理，並參與實際案例研究 – 經常與產業專家互動並會提供寶貴的意見。
在最後一個學期，學生選擇的領域是你最感興趣3個修課。然後，須完成專案或論文以取的學位。

國際飯店管理學士學位課程
就讀SSTH瑞士專業文憑學程的學生，在完成三年的學習後，如願意再加修國際飯店管理大學學位學程最後三學期之課程並完成論文，便可同時獲得兩張大學畢業證書；一張是瑞士專業文憑，而另一張則是國際飯店管理學士學位。
證書認證
國際飯店管理學士學位是由瑞士聯邦政府認可的飯店管理學士學位。該學位也符合博洛尼亞宣言，確保其在全世界的認可並為SSTH畢業生取得通往最知名的大學攻讀碩士的門票。

Hôtelier-Restaurateur HF ) are able to graduate with two top degrees if they choose to complete the final three academic semesters of the highly regarded BSc HES-SO in International Hospitality Management (curriculum Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL)) upon graduation.
Accreditations
The HES-SO Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management (curriculum Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne ) is the only hospitality management bachelor degree accredited by the Swiss Federal Government. The BSc degree is in compliance with the Bologna declaration, ensuring its worldwide recognition and opening the doors for SSTH graduates to eventually continue with Master studies in the most reputed universities.
